Creating a path to important talent data tracking
Problem:
In a typical Talent Relationship management system, Customers collect essential information about their connections to inform future decision making, like hiring or new business needs. This critical information can be things like organizational leveling or unique key skills that are valuable to the company.
Users needed a way to keep record, manage, and recall highly important information about their connections proprietary to their organization. This collection of important talent data would set our product apart from other networking tools and places like Linkedin.
One customer stated they would no longer use the platform without this problem solved. Key customers reported they found no value in the TRM without the ability to keep track of information about their connections
Hypothesis:
If users can track, manage, and recall essential information about their connections, they can make stronger, more accurate decisions about the people in their network, leading to more successful connections.

Solution Definition:
Admin users can create organization specific fields that can be viewed and managed in a contact’s profile page. This helps organizations keep track of essential, proprietary information that they collect about their network.
Profile details: Users can add, remove attributes to Custom fields in any talent profile. This information can be searched so users can recall Connections based on criteria needs.
Custom Field management from Settings: Client Admins can create and manage organizational level custom fields
Outcomes:
This feature immediately solved many of our customer needs by providing a pathway to customizing and tracking important information about their network.
Rising usage: At launch, we saw a steady rise in usage among users who previously had low engagement and activity within the platform.
More intuitive experience: Customers reported ease of use with setting up a Custom field, and were able to effectively keep track of their proprietary information.
Improved accuracy of search results: Customers can now find the right people quickly based on the criteria that’s important to them.
